NCS: A Single-Window System For Job Seekers.
On Monday, in the presence of Union Labour Minister Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya and Union Labour Minister of State Sushri Sobha Karandlaje, the MoU was signed. It’s happening because of the Ministry’s efforts, who wants to fill the gap between supply and demand in the labour market.

This integration will allow employers to efficiently search for specific manpower, such as 50 civil engineers in a 50-km radius of Noida, without the need to advertise externally.”
Mandaviya explains how India’s job matching will be revolutionized with the NCS portal. He says, “Employers can access the NCS portal, input their manpower requirements, and instantly identify qualified candidates. This will revolutionise job matching in India.”
“Many more institutions are lined up to sign similar MoUs. I believe the NCS portal will become the premier platform not only in India but globally, helping employers fulfil their workforce needs while offering dignified employment to millions, “Mandaviya said.
“This partnership with Swiggy will further extend the portal’s reach into the fast-growing gig and platform economy, enabling access to flexible and location-based opportunities for millions of youth, “He added.
